Settling in

Hey homiez

I found a job right I started this afternoon. It's at a Walgreens. The work isn't too bad but the customers are not the best. Dad is doing his usual disappearing act during the day and spending a lot of time in his den for work. Mom is getting set up to work part time at a local clinic. We've had a nice break but schooling starts up again on Monday. Same stuff, different city.

You guys would like Seattle. It was pretty rainy a couple of days ago but it's been just cloudy. It feels colder than it is. The leaves are turning but there is still so much green here. We haven't done a lot of touristy stuff but I should be getting my license soon. Mom and I went to the community college to check on running start programs but there is so much to do for home schooled kids to get them in. We're going to try though.

I haven't made a lot of friends yet and you know me it's making me CRAZY not to have ppl to hang with. You can imagine how it is for me not to talk all the time!!! I miss you guys so much!
